Certificate of Appreciation from MESSM for the Penile Implant Summer School 2026

The Middle East Society for Sexual Medicine (MESSM) has awarded Dr Sam Ward a Certificate of Appreciation for his contribution as speaker and instructor at the MESSM Penile Implant Summer School 2026.
The Summer School is an intensive six-week training programme for urologists developing their skills in penile implant surgery. The third edition ran from 15 August to 19 September 2026.
Dr Ward taught a session on preventing infection after penile implant surgery: how to prepare and inform the patient, which measures reduce the risk and how to recognise an infection early. Read more in his article MESSM Penile Implant Summer School: Avoiding infections.
The certificate is signed by Prof. Abdel Rahman Zahran, President of MESSM, and Prof. Dr Osama Shaeer, Head of the MESSM Surgical School.
Dr Ward: "With pleasure. Sharing knowledge with colleagues from other countries improves patient care everywhere, and I am always happy to support the training offered by medical societies."
